Homeopathic Medicine

Homeopathy is a 200-year old system of natural medicine used all over the world. This medicine addresses the root cause of illness. It's like this - when we are healthy our bodies bounce back and heals itself. For instance, we get a cold and it goes away. We get chicken pox and then it goes away.

At some point though, our body's energy doesn't bounce back, and it needs help to rid the disease so that you can become healthy again. Homeopathy stimulates the body's natural ability to heal itself by giving it this 'nudge' back to health. With this 'nudge', you will see your sleep, energy and overall symptoms improve.

As a Homeopath, I take all the symptoms you are experiencing and find a remedy that is similar to these symptoms, and prescribe this to you so that you can begin healing. We give the smallest dose for that 'nudge' to begin the process.

Homeopathic vs Naturopathic

What is the difference between these two types of medicine?

Homeopathy is a complete system of medicine that addresses the totality of a client's symptoms - mental, emotional and physical. The Homeopath will prescribe one remedy to stimulate the body's immune system to heal all of the symptoms and return the body back to its balanced self. The Homeopath matches the individual's symptoms to a remedy that represents an exact match from a repertoire of over 5000 remedies. About Me

With 40 years as a Registered Nurse, recently retired, my love of Homeopathy started well before my formal education in 2008. I have a passion for alternative and natural health choices, along with natural medicine and energy work.  

After a year in Naturopathic school, I turned to Homeopathic Medicine for a more specialized role in natural medicine.  

My background is diverse in resources and education to offer you clarity and guidance in your everyday health challenges. If you are unable to find resolution to your physical, emotional or spiritual health needs, try holistic healing options. The abundance of great professional, small business-health practitioners are available in your community and across Canada.
